SWEET SCIENCE BOXING CLASSES:

Sweet Science Boxing Club group boxing classes offer the best of both worlds! Trainers will provide an introduction into the fundamentals of boxing along with our Customized Heart Rate and Fitness Tracking Technology. Participants can track Heart Rate, Calories Burned, Monitor Blood Pressure and train to real results in our Beginner Boxing Class. Our Professionally licensed coaches and trainers will teach you all the Ins and Outs of the worlds toughest sport in our Advanced Boxing Class. 

BOX AND BURN CLASS: What better way to start your day than a fast paced, exhilarating, heart pumping workout. Our Box and Burn class is designed to stimulate you faster than that morning coffee. A hybrid boxing workout, mixed with High Intensity Training, Strength, Conditioning and Agility! 

 

BEGINNER BOXING CLASS:  Our beginner boxing class will Introduce you to the basics and fundamentals of boxing to start you on your boxing fitness journey! Sweet Science Beginner Boxing Classes will teach you all the beginner boxing fundamentals to give you the ultimate cardio workout! Joined with our H.I.T cardio training our 1 hour boxing workout will have you dropping pounds, building muscle and learning the sport of boxing in no time! 

ADVANCED BOXING CLASS: Are you seeking the ultimate workout and ultimate challenge? Our Advanced Boxing Classes are designed to teach you how to box, how to train, how to spar and how to compete in USA Boxing Sanctioned events if you choose!

  • $175 PER MONTH FOR UNLIMITED  CLASSSES

GOLD PACKAGE : 

  • $325 (ONE TIME ENROLLMENT FEE) 

  • Enrollment Fee includes 0ne time initiation fee, First month enrollment, Heart Rate Monitor,16 oz boxing gloves, Hand Wraps

  • $165 PER MONTH FOR ACCESS TO BOX AND BURN AND BEGINNER BOXING CLASSES

SILVER PRICING PACKAGE 

  • $325 (ONE TIME ENROLLMENT FEE)

  • Enrollment Fee includes One time initiation fee, First month enrollment, Heart Rate Monitor, 16 oz boxing gloves, Hand wraps

  • $160 PER MONTH FOR BOX AND BURN CLASS  OR BEGINNER BOXING CLASSES

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT 
  • All classes require 16 oz boxing gloves, 180 inch Hand Wraps.

Great facility, great place to exercise and have fun. Amazed at how many calories I burn in just one hour of working out. Marty is a great trainer...he knows how to get you in shape. He keeps the activities fresh and mixes it up enough so that you learn basic techniques and not doing the same routines all the time.
