SMALL GROUP BOXING LESSONS (2-4 INDIVIDUALS PER TRAINER) - Play well with others and enjoy the competition of learning and training in a group? Sweet Science Fitness small group boxing training provides boxing instruction for small groups of 2-4 individuals to train as a team! Bring coworkers, friends, family and make it a fitness challenge.
PRICING: $90 per hour Sold in 4 week (8 session package). $720 per month
PERSONAL TRAINING VIDEOS
FLYWEIGHT PROGRAM ( 1 MONTH PROGRAM)
SSF Flyweight program will teach the beginner the fundamentals of boxing! During 4 weeks the boxer will learn proper stance, punch technique, combinations. After 4 weeks individuals will have a strong foundation of boxing basics!
LIGHTWEIGHT PROGRAM (2 MONTH PROGRAM)
SSF Lightweight program will enhance the fundamentals learned during the Flyweight Program to include movement and boxing theory. The conclusion of the 8 week program clients will have a strong understanding of boxing movement, how to properly utilize boxing equipment, and have solid understanding of combinations.
WELTERWEIGHT PROGRAM (3 MONTH PROGRAM)
SSF Welterweight program drives home the skill sets provided in the 4/8 week program with the a major focus on defense. The Welterweight program will teach and focus on defensive execution to include how to slip, bob, weave, parry and catch punches. Pace and intensity increase.
MIDDLEWEIGHT PROGRAM (4 MONTH PROGRAM)
SSF Middleweight program focuses on boxing theory and execution in and out of the ring. Clients will be required to show progress and growth in execution of fundamentals offensively and defensively, proper conditioning and stamina. Introduction to boxing ring and boxing ring generalship.
LIGHTHEAVY PROGRAM (5 MONTH PROGRAM)
SSF 20 week program focuses exclusively on all the best components of becoming a boxer!! Boxing 101, Offense/Defense, Ring Generalship, Heavy Bag, Focus Mitts, Double End Bag, Strength and Conditioning Program, Diet/Nutrition planning!
HEAVYWEIGHT PROGRAM (12 MONTH PROGRAM
SSF 1 year program designed for the ultimate workout!! We will train you like the next Rocky Balboa or Million Dollar Baby!! Interested in Masters Division Amateur boxing, interested in competing in a sanctioned boxing event amateur or pro! Seeking to spar or just lose over 50lbs... This is the program for you!
